PAYMENT POLICY:
New Accounts - All new accounts are required to pay in advance for any and all advertising for the first 6-8 weeks. After this time, it will be under Clip-It's discretion as to who may be billed on a monthly basis.
Established Accounts - Payment is due 15 days after invoice/statement is received. A service charge of 2% will be added to unpaid balance after 30 days. 60 days overdue will result in cash-in-advance advertising.
CONTRACTS:
Discounted contract rates are available for three (3) month, six (6) month & twelve (12) month periods. Payment must be current or contract can be defaulted by Clip-It. Advertiser will be expected to pay difference between open rate and contract rate for each ad that appeared in Clip-It during the contract period (date of signing until date of cancellation). |
